Click on the individual search and enter the info – first name / last name /profession (funeral directing)
Click the box to say you are not a robot
Click on the blue box (search individuals)
Will show a list of names – be sure to click on the right name
On next page see the green box to generate Wallet Card or blue box to print certificate
Funeral Home Establishment / Branch License
To print Funeral Home / Branch License/certificate, click on red button above
Click on business/Service Search and enter your info – business name / business service (funeral directing)
Click the box to say you are not a robot
Click on the blue box (search entities)
Will show a list of names – be sure to click on the right name
On next page see the green box to generate Renewal Card or blue box to print certificate
